Why did the lot come up first for the tribe of Benjamin?

11The lot of the tribe of the people of Benjamin according to its clans came up, and the territory allotted to it fell between the people of Judah and the people of Joseph.
It is not clear if we are to read anything particular in the order that the lot falls. We know that Benjamin was one of Jacob’s favoured sons (see Genesis 35:18; Genesis 42:4) and he was not part of the conspiracy to kill Joseph.
