Keeping God’s commandments and the faith of Jesus is what saints do. Yes, saints in the new dispensation live under the intense pressure of the beasts’ efforts to force dragon-worship—even to the point of martyring those who refuse (Revelation 13:15). But those who are redeemed by Jesus’ blood are also renewed by his Spirit so that they, though in weakness and with failures, love God even unto death. So they keep his commandments even in the face of Satan’s fury and persevere in their faith in Jesus.
