What does 2 Peter 1:1-4 reveal about who God the Father is?

God is righteous. He is fair and always does what is right.

God is gracious. He does not treat sinners as they deserve but longs to forgive so that we might enjoy peace with him.

God reveals himself to man. There is knowledge of God that has been revealed in Scripture and creation.
