What does 2 Peter 1:1-4 reveal about what God does in and through me (the work of the Holy Spirit)?

By his Spirit God empowers me to live a godly life in this world. He strengthens me to do the good works that he has prepared for me to walk in. He helps me to fight against my sinful desires and creates new desires in me—desires to serve him, desires to do what is right.
