What does it mean that if you act well, you will be accepted?
Genesis 4:7 (ESV)
7If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is for you, but you must rule over it.”
You stand strong when you act well, in accordance with God’s teaching (Torah, rules, commandments)! What a power that brings into your life! God will stand behind you. You can look each other in the eye, fearlessly.
