In these two groups of people, you see the believers of the church here below and those of the church above! We are united with them—as we are with God and the angels. In every worship service of the church, we are—in faith and in our congregational praise – united with the church of all times and places (above and here below). An old hymn Te Deum Laudamus reads: Throughout your church, above, and here below, your great name is professed.
