To what type of offering does the sacrifice of a peace offering refer?
Leviticus 7:29 (ESV)
29“Speak to the people of Israel, saying, Whoever offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to the LORD shall bring his offering to the LORD from the sacrifice of his peace offerings.
This sections deals with the peace offering in more detail (see Leviticus 3:1–17). From the peace offering, the worshipper was required to present certain portions of the sacrificial animal to the Lord.
