This is the crowd of Revelation 19:6, the uniform voice of “all you his servants…small and great” (Revelation 19:5), who thunder their applause for God’s deeds in destroying Babylon and so avenging the wrongs done to them (Revelation 19:2). Their God-given “salvation” (Revelation 19:1) from Babylon’s abuse is overwhelming reason to “rejoice and exult and give him the glory.”
