Revelation 17:1 – 19:21a form one section, all revolving around the fall of Babylon. Revelation 17:1–18 introduces us to Babylon (and hence her nature) and then explains how the Lord brings about her fall. Revelation 18:1–24 follows with reactions to her fall.
