18 Even in his servants he puts no trust, and his angels he charges with error;

Eliphaz now explains why no man can be more righteous than God. God does not even rely on his heavenly servants, the angels! (Of course, this is not true. The heavenly angels are serving God and doing his will (Psalm 103:20–21).)
