Commentary on Job 15:34 (Summary)

Job 15:34 (ESV)

34 For the company of the godless is barren, and fire consumes the tents of bribery.

The lives of the godless remain completely fruitless, without any lasting success. Even their tents are consumed by fire (think of the destruction of Job’s family, and the fire that killed his sheep and servants!).
