The wisdom of God is perfect. That wisdom is complete; nothing is missing from it. That is why nothing is new to him. He knows everything and therefore his wisdom is sufficient in all circumstances.
God in his wisdom does not let anything go to waste. This also means that he, in his wisdom, will restore the glory of paradise. He will one day give even more than the paradise at the beginning of history. The man who fears the Lord will then receive a glory that causes him to desist longing for the past. Neither will it be a situation where we will still be longing for something that is yet to come because everything will be so incredibly good. Then God truly completes his glory (see, for example, Habakkuk 2:14; Isaiah 11:9).
15 That which is, already has been; that which is to be, already has been; and God seeks what has been driven away.
