God blows away the clouds by the wind of his breath. Another mythological creature is mentioned here, namely, a serpent that is fleeing
in the sky. Job may be referring to the star constellation that is known today as Draco,
as it resembles a dragon or serpent. In any case, Job confesses God’s complete power over the skies.
