God’s judgment is as a strong wind, which blows the wicked from his place and shames him before the eyes of everyone.
Job has given a strong warning to his friends, a warning that they indeed deserve (Job 42:7). Yet in the end, God will not bring these punishments over Job’s friends. Job will intercede for them, upon which God will forgive them (Job 42:8–9).
