2 They came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, and Baanah.The number of the men of the people of Israel:

Jeshua was the grandson of Seraiah, the last officiating high priest before the exile (2 Kings 25:18; 1 Chronicles 6:14–15; Haggai 1:1). In the books of Haggai and Zechariah, two prophets who prophesied at the time when the temple was being rebuilt, the name Jeshua is changed to Joshua. It is the same person who is being referred to on both occasions. His name could just be spelled in two different ways.
