What does Amos 7 reveal about what God does (through the work of the Son) in my place and on my behalf?
God’s love for his people has resulted in him creating a way in which he can be just whilst at the same time forgiving sin. His Son came to bear the just punishment that our sins deserve so that those who trust in him can escape judgment. Even now, his Son intercedes for me, seated at the right hand of the Father.
