1 Corinthians 15:21 (ESV)

21 For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.

The original text literally reads, Since for by a man death, also by a man resurrection of dead. By omitting the verbs, Paul lays special emphasis on the words man, death, and dead. Death entered the world by the actions of a man, and therefore a man had to come and undo death. This idea is expounded in Romans 5:12–21.
