Commentary on 1 Corinthians 16:24 (Summary)

1 Corinthians 16:24 (ESV)

24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Paul ends by assuring the Corinthian believers of his deep love for them. It is a love in Christ Jesus, and therefore meant for all those who, like him, are true followers of Christ.

Amen is a well-known word of Hebrew origin. It is used to confirm the truth of what has been said (see also 1 Corinthians 14:16).
