Her being “seated” on all humanity denotes her authority over all people. As a prostitute intent on enticing God’s elect from their heavenly Bridegroom, she is patently on Satan’s side, whom all mankind (irrespective of tribe or language or nationality) by default acknowledge as god (2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:1).
