Job 6:10 (ESV)

10 This would be my comfort; I would even exult in pain unsparing, for I have not denied the words of the Holy One.

Eliphaz had told a story of someone who died because of foolishness (Job 5:2–5). Yet Job says that, if he dies now, he will die without having been foolish. Eliphaz should stop with his implied accusations; Job had remained faithful to the words of the Holy One. That is the way in which Job wishes to die—perhaps because he has an expectation of a life to come?
