What does Amos 9 reveal about who God the Father is?
The Lord will bring judgment upon evil and no one will escape his judgment (Amos 9:1–4, Amos 9:8).
The Lord is omnipresent (Amos 9:5–6).
The Lord is in control of creation, he causes the earth to melt (Amos 9:5), the land to shake with an earthquake (Amos 9:1, Amos 9:5), and water to cover the ground (Amos 9:6).
The Lord cares and provides for all people (Amos 9:7) but he is especially concerned for his elect (Amos 9:8–10).
The Lord will send his Messiah (Amos 9:11–12) and create a perfect new world (Amos 9:13–15).
