What does Galatians 5:19–25 reveal about what God does in my place and on my behalf (Son)?
Jesus Christ has rendered the fruit that God looks for from his people (see Isaiah 5:1–7; Isaiah 11:1–5). He came to perfectly obey God’s law in my place and die the death that I deserve. By nature, I do not deserve life in God’s kingdom, but judgment and exile because of my sins.
