What does Ezra 2 reveal about what God the Son did in my place and on my behalf?
The Son laid down his life on my behalf so that I can be part of God’s people and so that I can I have fellowship with God (Hebrews 10:19–25). God the Son also wrote my name in his book of life even though I am impure and do not deserve a place in the new Jerusalem (Revelation 21:27).
